Cancellations

Time is of the essence both yours & ours.  So if you need to cancel an appointment, we would ask your assistance in providing 24 hours notice, so that another client can be allocated this time.  Recurring cancellations at short notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged.

Beauty by Shelle was established in December 2003.  Shelle is a local resident who was born & raised in the area.  She had an office background & embarked on a major career change.  Studying at Helene Abicair, she completed her Diploma of Beauty Therapy & has worked at day spas such as Jurlique, Hepburn Spa Resort & Hepburn Armadale.

Steph was born & raised in Reservoir – but moved further out with her family in 2001.  She is currently studying teaching at Melbourne University & works part time at Beauty by Shelle.  Steph has a Certificate in Health Studies – Waxing & Tinting, a Certificate in Relaxation Massage & is also fully trained in spray tan application.  She has been involved with Beauty by Shelle from the beginning.  Steph is a big sports fan, loves reading & has a great singing voice.

Ashleigh, the newest addition to the team is a local Reservoir girl.  She studied waxing at Elly Lukas in September 2007 - achieving an outstanding mark of 100% in her practical exam.  She has completed a traineeship & is now fully qualified.  Ashleigh loves movies, music, the beach & spending time with her family & friends.

We like to assist the local community & sponsor a number of local schools & sporting clubs.
