How do I keep my legs silky & smooth?

There are three basic things to keep your skin soft & silky.

1. Exfoliate at least twice a week.

2. Re-hydrate & moisturise within three minutes of stepping out of the shower (this helps prevent excess moisture loss through natural evaporation in the skin.) Use products that have hydrating & moisturising properties such as evening primrose oil, vitamin E, shea butter, hyaluronic acid & glycolipids.

3. They say, “ You are what you eat” So eat a balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit & vegies & don’t forget to drink plenty of water – at least a litre a day.
